Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tiqqie, including Tiqqie’s website, web application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or otherwise agreeing to these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About Tiqqie
Tiqqie is a software service designed to help users organize, manage, prioritize, and take action on business leads and related information.
Depending on the features available to your account, Tiqqie may allow you to add or import leads, collect information through forms, organize leads by status or action, maintain lead history, record notes and appointments, and use other lead-management tools.
Features may change as Tiqqie develops.
2. Eligibility
You may use Tiqqie only if you have the legal capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms.
If you use Tiqqie on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Accounts
You may be required to create an account to use certain parts of Tiqqie.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account and to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account and for the people you authorize to access your Tiqqie workspace.
You may not use another person's account without authorization or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, workspace, leads, or other data.
4. Your Leads and Business Data
You may provide Tiqqie with information relating to leads, customers, prospects, contacts, appointments, notes, businesses, and other information you choose to manage through the Service (“Customer Data”).
You retain your rights in Customer Data.
You give Tiqqie permission to host, store, process, organize, display, and otherwise use Customer Data as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights or lawful basis to provide Customer Data to Tiqqie and to use that information for your business activities.
Tiqqie does not acquire ownership of your Customer Data merely because you use the Service.
5. Tiqqie Intake Forms
Tiqqie may allow users to create public forms through which other people can submit information.
If you enable or distribute a Tiqqie Intake form, you are responsible for your use of the information collected through that form and for determining whether additional notices, disclosures, or permissions are required for your business.
People submitting information through a Tiqqie Intake form should not submit information they are not authorized to provide.
6. Lead Management and Business Decisions
Tiqqie is a tool for organizing and managing information. It does not guarantee that a lead is accurate, legitimate, qualified, interested, or likely to become a customer.
Statuses, priorities, reminders, organization, recommendations, or other information provided through Tiqqie should not be treated as guarantees of a particular business result.
You remain responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to contact a lead and for complying with laws applicable to your communications, marketing, sales, and business activities.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use Tiqqie to:
- violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
- access or attempt to access accounts, workspaces, systems, or information without authorization;
- introduce malicious software or intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
- use the Service for fraud, deception, harassment, abuse, or other unlawful activity;
- submit information you do not have the right to use or process;
- attempt to bypass security, access controls, rate limits, or other technical protections; or
- use Tiqqie in a manner intended to materially disrupt the Service or its use by others.
Tiqqie may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, misuse of the Service, security risks, or legal requirements.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Tiqqie may offer free and paid plans.
The features, billing period, and price applicable to a paid subscription will be presented when you purchase or select that subscription. Prices are therefore not fixed by these Terms.
By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for amounts associated with your selected plan.
If a subscription automatically renews, the renewal terms will be disclosed as part of the subscription or checkout process.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Tiqqie may change available plans, features, or pricing. Changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be handled according to the information provided with the applicable subscription or billing process and applicable law.
Any cancellation or refund rights presented during purchase, required by applicable law, or otherwise expressly offered by Tiqqie will apply. These Terms do not independently promise a particular refund.
9. Third-Party Services
Tiqqie relies on third-party technology and service providers to operate portions of the Service, which may include hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, and other infrastructure.
Your use of certain functionality may therefore involve services operated by third parties and may also be subject to terms or policies provided by those parties where applicable.
Tiqqie is not responsible for third-party products or services that are outside Tiqqie’s control.
10. Tiqqie Intellectual Property
Tiqqie and its software, branding, designs, interfaces, logos, text, and other materials provided as part of the Service, excluding Customer Data and third-party materials, are owned by Tiqqie or their applicable owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your use of Tiqqie does not transfer ownership of Tiqqie’s software or intellectual property to you.
Subject to these Terms, you are permitted to use the Service for its intended purpose while you have authorized access to it.
You may not copy, sell, license, distribute, or exploit Tiqqie’s software or proprietary materials except as permitted by law or with permission.
11. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Tiqqie, Tiqqie may use that feedback to evaluate, improve, or develop the Service without requiring payment or compensation to you.
This does not give Tiqqie ownership of Customer Data submitted through the Service.
12. Changes to the Service
Tiqqie may add, modify, improve, remove, or discontinue features as the Service develops.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that a particular feature or functionality will always remain available.
13. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Tiqqie at any time.
Tiqqie may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, unlawful use, nonpayment where applicable, security concerns, protection of other users or the Service, or legal requirements.
Termination of access does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should continue after termination.
14. Service Availability and Disclaimer
Tiqqie is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Tiqqie does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every feature will always be available, or that use of the Service will produce any particular business, financial, sales, lead, or customer result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tiqqie disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiqqie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiqqie’s total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Tiqqie for the Service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If you have not paid Tiqqie for the Service, Tiqqie’s total liability will not exceed $100 USD.
These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Privacy
Tiqqie’s collection and handling of personal information is described in the Tiqqie Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms but should be reviewed when using the Service.
17. Changes to These Terms
Tiqqie may update these Terms as the Service, business, or applicable requirements change.
The current version will identify its effective date. When acceptance of an updated version is required, Tiqqie may require you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular Tiqqie plan or service, constitute the agreement between you and Tiqqie regarding your use of the Service.
