Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tiqqie collects, uses, and handles information when you use Tiqqie’s website, web application, public Intake forms, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information Tiqqie Receives
The information Tiqqie receives depends on how you use the Service.
Account information. When a Tiqqie account is created or maintained, Tiqqie may receive information such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, login-related information, and account or workspace settings.
Lead and business information. Users may add, import, or otherwise provide information about leads, prospects, customers, businesses, and other contacts. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, company information, lead status, priority, notes, appointments, next actions, source information, and related lead history.
Intake information. When someone submits a public Tiqqie Intake form, Tiqqie receives the information entered into that form. That information is provided to the Tiqqie workspace associated with the form and may be used by that Tiqqie customer to manage the submitted lead.
Feedback. If you submit feedback through Tiqqie, Tiqqie may receive your feedback along with information associated with the submission, such as your account, workspace, time of submission, and the page from which the feedback was submitted.
Subscription and transaction information. If you purchase a paid Tiqqie subscription, Tiqqie and its payment provider may receive information related to your subscription and transaction. Payment information may be processed by the applicable payment provider rather than directly by Tiqqie.
Technical and service information. Tiqqie and the services used to operate it may process technical information generated when the Service is accessed or used, such as information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the Service.
2. How Tiqqie Uses Information
Tiqqie may use information received through the Service to:
- create and maintain accounts and workspaces;
- provide Tiqqie’s lead-management functionality;
- organize, display, and maintain Customer Data;
- process public Intake submissions;
- provide authentication and account-related communications;
- provide notifications and other Service communications;
- process and administer subscriptions and payments;
- respond to feedback or requests;
- maintain, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the Service;
- prevent or investigate misuse, fraud, security problems, or unauthorized activity;
- enforce Tiqqie’s Terms of Service; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
Tiqqie may also use information to develop and improve features and functionality, provided that such use is consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
3. Customer Data and Lead Information
Businesses and users of Tiqqie may provide information about other people to the Service.
For information a Tiqqie customer provides about its own leads, prospects, customers, or contacts, the Tiqqie customer is responsible for determining whether it has the appropriate authority or lawful basis to collect, use, contact, and otherwise process that information.
Tiqqie processes and stores such information as necessary to provide the Service to the applicable customer.
Using Tiqqie does not by itself give a customer permission to contact a person or use that person's information in a way that would otherwise be prohibited by law.
4. Public Intake Forms
A Tiqqie customer may make a Tiqqie Intake form available to the public.
When you submit information through an Intake form, the information you provide is made available to the Tiqqie customer associated with that form so the customer can review and manage the submission.
The customer receiving the submission is responsible for its own subsequent use of that information.
Tiqqie does not control communications or other actions a customer may take after receiving an Intake submission.
5. Service Providers
Tiqqie uses third-party providers and infrastructure to operate portions of the Service.
These providers may process information as necessary to perform services such as hosting, database operation, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, security, and other technical functions.
Tiqqie may provide information to such providers when reasonably necessary for them to perform services for Tiqqie.
Their handling of information may also be governed by their applicable terms, privacy policies, and legal obligations.
6. Other Circumstances in Which Information May Be Disclosed
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable law, legal process, or valid governmental requests;
- protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Tiqqie, its users, or others;
- investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of Tiqqie’s Terms;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or
- facilitate a business transaction involving Tiqqie, such as a sale, merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.
7. Data Retention
Tiqqie may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Service, maintain appropriate business or technical records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the Service, and satisfy applicable legal requirements.
Different types of information may be retained for different periods depending on their purpose and the circumstances.
This Privacy Policy does not promise a specific retention period unless Tiqqie expressly states one elsewhere.
8. Data Security
Tiqqie uses technical and operational measures intended to help protect information and restrict unauthorized access.
However, no internet service, software system, storage method, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect their account credentials and for notifying Tiqqie if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.
9. Account and Information Requests
Depending on the information involved and applicable law, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information associated with you.
Some information may need to be retained where permitted or required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate operational purposes.
Requests can be sent to TiqqieManagement@gmail.com.
Tiqqie may need to verify a request before acting on it.
10. Privacy Rights
Privacy rights differ depending on where you live.
Applicable law may provide rights concerning personal information, such as rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how personal information is processed.
Where such rights apply, requests may be submitted using the contact information in this Privacy Policy. Tiqqie may request information reasonably necessary to verify the request and determine whether the requested right applies.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
11. Children’s Privacy
Tiqqie is not designed specifically as a service for children.
Because Tiqqie is primarily a business lead-management service, users should not intentionally use the Service to collect information from children in circumstances where doing so would require parental consent or other authorization unless they have satisfied the applicable legal requirements.
This section does not establish an 18+ requirement for using Tiqqie.
12. International Use
Tiqqie may be accessed by users or receive information from people located outside the United States.
Privacy and data-protection requirements may differ between jurisdictions. Users are responsible for laws applicable to their own business activities and their use of Customer Data.
Where applicable law imposes requirements on Tiqqie concerning the processing or transfer of personal information, Tiqqie will address those requirements as applicable.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
Tiqqie may contain links to or interact with websites or services operated by third parties.
Tiqqie does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties. You should review their privacy policies when using their services.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Tiqqie may update this Privacy Policy as the Service or applicable requirements change.
The current version will display its effective date. Where appropriate, Tiqqie may provide notice or request acknowledgment of an updated version.
